Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses within Sweden. Shipping to other EU countries is coming soon.

Shipping options and costs. Standard home delivery with Bring takes 1–3 business days and costs 49 SEK. Pickup point delivery via Bring takes 1–3 business days and costs 39 SEK. Shipping is free on orders over 499 SEK, and all subscription orders ship free.

Order processing. Orders placed before 13:00 CET on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 13:00, on weekends, or on Swedish public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Tracking your order. Tracking links are sent by email and SMS. You can also track orders from your account page on kinsupplements.com.

Delivery. For home delivery, Bring will notify you with a delivery window. If you're not home, they'll typically attempt delivery again or leave the parcel at a nearby pickup point. For pickup point delivery, you'll be notified when your parcel is ready, and parcels are held for 14 days before being returned to us. If a parcel is returned to us because it wasn't collected, we'll refund the order minus a 79 SEK return handling fee.

Lost or damaged packages. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the shipping confirmation, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@kinsupplements.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll resolve it, either by reshipping or refunding.

Address errors. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect parcels once they've shipped. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee will apply.
