Questions we get asked
Does this actually work?
GUT is built around probiotic, prebiotic, and postbiotic ingredients selected for daily gut support. The primary probiotic strain, Bacillus velezensis C-3102, is backed by published canine studies, and the formula is designed to support normal digestion, normal stool, and the gut microbiome. Every dog is different, so give it at least a month before deciding. If it is not working for your dog, reply to your order email and we will figure it out together.
My dog is fine. Do they need this?
Need is a strong word. GUT is not treatment, and it does not replace a complete diet. It is for the daily routine: one scoop to support normal digestion, normal stool, and the gut microbiome before your dog's gut is the thing you only think about when something feels off.
What's in it?
Ten functional ingredients, no unnecessary ones. Probiotics, prebiotics, postbiotics, plus targeted extras like zinc glycinate and L-glutamine. Each ingredient has a defined job, and our Science page explains the research behind the formula choices.
Is GUT suitable for every dog?
GUT is suitable for all breeds and life stages, with two exceptions. It's not for puppies under 4 months. If your dog is pregnant or has a health issue, check with your vet first. Otherwise, one scoop a day, adjusted for weight.
What if my dog won't eat it?
The powder blends into wet or dry food. Most dogs don't notice it at all. If yours does, start with half a scoop mixed into their favourite wet food for a week. If it still isn't right for your dog within 60 days of your first order, email us with your order number. We'll refund your first pouch. No return shipping, no hoops.
I don't know enough about dog nutrition to choose.
That is the point. You should not need a nutrition degree to choose a daily supplement for your dog. GUT has one clear job: daily gut support. One scoop into their food, adjusted by weight, with a formula that explains what every ingredient is there to do.
How is this different from vet probiotics?
Vet probiotics are often used for a specific reason, especially after digestive issues or alongside veterinary advice. GUT is different: it is a daily wellness formula with probiotics, prebiotics, and postbiotics for ongoing gut support. Both have a place. If your vet recommended a specific product for a specific issue, finish that course first.
