Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal. Under Swedish consumer law (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@kinsupplements.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the product to us.

Condition of returned product. To qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned unopened and with the seal intact, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. This is a hygiene and safety requirement for supplements: once the seal is broken, the product cannot be resold and is not eligible for return, except in cases of defect or damage. This sealed-goods exception is permitted under Konsumentköplagen 38 §.

How to start a return. Email us at info@kinsupplements.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address within one business day. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — unannounced returns can't be processed.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return shipping cost. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover it. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't refund returns that don't reach us.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at info@kinsupplements.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll either reship or refund, your choice, and we cover all costs.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't seen it, contact us at info@kinsupplements.com.

Subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page on kinsupplements.com, or by emailing info@kinsupplements.com. Cancellations apply to future orders. If your next subscription order has already been processed or shipped when you cancel, it will still be delivered, and the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to that order as normal.

Address errors and uncollected parcels. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or because it wasn't picked up from the pickup point in time, we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost and a 79 SEK return handling fee. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Sale items and gift cards. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defect or damage.
